Our team had the opportunity to all attend the Global Leadership Summit last week! I (Krista) love spending a few days out of the office and getting in a different headspace to develop leadership skills and think of the overall picture. It’s also a reminder to slow down, thank God, and to know you’re right where you are meant to be!

Our team had the blessing of attending the Keating banquet last Friday night, an event we always look forward to! It’s a chance to connect, celebrate, and look ahead with creativity, confidence, and innovation.

We celebrated some notable retirements this past year for Paul Nickel and Linda Kaus, two of our greatest collaborative partners The Weddle Team has had at Keating the last 51 years! Libby also celebrated her 10-year milestone with Keating. The first step in her journey started with a call to Tim to explore the company and whether there could be a good fit, and now The Weddle Team is a core part of where she contributes her leadership and unique abilities. Here’s to looking back at the strength of years past and ahead to a bright future and talented team. We are so grateful!

The 4th of July is one of our favorite holidays. For Tim’s crew, it was baseball, barbecue, and black cats. No one was injured, although our foray onto the lake before a storm was about as risky as crossing the Delaware.

Welcome Emily Heffernan full time to The Weddle Team! Emily completed an internship with Keating over the last year, and she worked exclusively with our team for the last half of her internship. She just graduated from K-State with a Bachelors in Business Administration as a Finance Major. We are thrilled to have Emily joining us full-time, and she is excited to continue serving our clients and building relationships! Emily is working towards licensing requirements to be a Financial Advisor and Licensed Insurance Agent, and we look forward to adding her unique abilities to our team.
