The fish played by the rules this morning! 🎣 We got on the water early, got our fishing in, and were off the water before the pleasure boats even had a chance to get out.

The afternoon trip went great! A 2:00 PM start time is definitely a bit late for Kokanee fishing, but we made it work! These guys joined us while they were on vacation from Arizona, and we capitalized on the bites and got it done. It was a great afternoon on the water! 🎣

Yesterday’s trip was an awesome one! 🎣

This group booked a trip not really knowing if they even liked fishing or what to expect. There was definitely some uncertainty about what the day would be like.

But by the end of the trip, I think the smiles on their faces told the whole story. 😁🎣 Watching people go from wondering if they’d enjoy fishing to getting excited about every bite is exactly why I love what I do.

Another great day on the water, great people, and hopefully a few new fishing addicts! 😂🎣

Kokanee fishing has been an absolute blast lately, and all signs point to the bite staying strong for a while! We’ve been putting together some awesome catches and making great memories on the water. Too much fun!! We had an absolute blast this morning piling up the Kokanee! 🎣

I wasn’t allowed to net many fish because the boys completely took over the boat. They ran the gear like pros, and while there were a few “creative” net jobs (we’re still learning 😂), they got the job done.

We landed 30 fish, releasing the smaller ones that were healthy enough to swim away. Days like this are what it’s all about—great fishing, lots of laughs, and making memories on the water!

It was great to get back on the local lake Sunday morning and put a hurting on some quality Kokanee! The biggest fish of the day measured just shy of 16 inches. We landed 30 fish, kept 20, and released a handful of smaller ones that had a good chance of surviving. We kept a few of the smaller fish that unfortunately wouldn’t have made it.

If today was any indication, this fall is going to be a blast! We still have dates available, so if you’d like to get in on some great Kokanee fishing, reach out and let’s get you on the calendar!
