I've been working in the skilled trades since the young age of 14, and it has completely changed my perspective and given me a whole new respect for this field (even though my dad is Mike Holmes). I was able to learn a skill that I could make a career out of, but it could also be applied to my life outside work.
The trades are a great, stable career – but often it doesn’t get characterized that way. The problem is this: there are many people out there who think if you don’t go to post secondary school or you work with your hands, that you’re uneducated. The skilled trades are filled with brilliant, hard working, successful men and women.

Treasury and the allow a delay of most tax payments until July 15, 2020. You still need to file your return or request a filing extension by April 15. No additional filing is necessary for the payment extension.

The IRS urges taxpayers who are owed a tax refund to file as quickly as possible. For those who can’t file by the April 15 deadline, the IRS reminds individual taxpayers that everyone is eligible to request a six-month extension to file their return.
