Every business we audit has a story. Stacy's favorite part of the job is getting to hear them.

Two years into her accounting career, Stacy specializes in audit for construction and for-profit clients — and her favorite part of the job is genuinely inspiring. It's not just about the numbers. It's learning how the businesses behind those numbers are showing up for their communities and making a difference.

Outside the office, Stacy runs with friends, hunts down the best local coffee shops, and operates her own mobile bar business. At the top of her bucket list is traveling to Australia.

Today we celebrate a milestone that's bittersweet in the best way — Rick is retiring and celebrating 5 years with our team.

We were so fortunate to have Rick on our team for the last few years of his career. His depth of experience brought a level of insight and steady confidence that's hard to replace. He's a coach at heart and he helped guide clients and our team too — always willing to share what he'd learned, mentor those coming up, and make everyone around him a little sharper.

Thank you for 5 incredible years, Rick. Wishing you long drives, low scores, and plenty of pickleball championships ahead!

Marysa specializes in individual and business tax, and one of her recent wins tells you everything you need to know about how she works. By carefully planning with a client, she kept them out of a higher tax bracket and freed up enough savings to pay off their mortgage and eliminate a monthly payment for good.

Marysa's also a natural teacher, drawn to accounting because it lets her combine her number skills with her ability to empower others financially. That shows up in how she explains complex topics, how she serves her clients, and how she supports her teammates.

Outside the office, Marysa is a runner with a goal to complete a full marathon, a traveler who has visited 15 countries with two more in the works, and a mom who loves getting outside with her kids. Banff National Park is up next in August — and she'll have plenty of coffee along the way.

Outside the office, he enjoys fishing, 3D printing, and spending quality time with his family — with a dream getaway being a fishing trip in Canada.
