People with LLC's are receiving email notices from an outfit in Florida telling them that their annual LLC report is due, and that they will help you stay compliant. Please just ignore and delete these emails. You can check yourself on the status of your annual LLC report by going to the WI Department of Financial Institutions and click on 'file an annual report' and type in your LLC name. It will cost you $26 to file the annual report. If unsure, just call your accountant.

People with LLC's have been receiving emails with the headline "US Filing Services - Wisconsin Compliance". The email comes from a company out of Orlando, Florida, offering to file the WI annual report for the LLC. They charge $149 plus the WI fee to do this. Even though they are not doing anything illegal, the annual LLC report only costs $26 to file with the WI Department of Financial Institutions. So please be aware where this email is coming from. It is not an email from the WI Department of Financial Institutions.

Please contact your accountant before having them file your annual report.
