Reposted from - The BRRR method is a great way to rapidly build your rental portfolio. By fixing up the homes and refinancing the equity after the rehab, you essentially buy another property using the equity from the rehab you just completed. .
Sounds great right? Well just like anything there are pos and cons. This method requires you to take on many different debts which can spell a problem if you buy wrong, become over leveraged, and the market flips on you. That’s why it’s always important to do your due diligence. .
