The Humans (and Minifigs) of Benchmark 💙
We’re continuing our series to introduce the real people behind our team. Meet Stephanie, one of our Support Team Members!
💼 Joined Benchmark in 2022
😊 The Minifig:
We custom-built a LEGO twin for everyone on the team! Stephanie’s verdict? Having a tumbler in her hand is accurate though maybe not 100% accurate, since she’s known to have at least three or four tumblers on her desk at any given time! She admits she might be a little nutty about hydration! 🥤
🎯 The Purpose:
Benchmark's core purpose is to help good people do great things. For Stephanie, that means leaving every client meeting grateful for the opportunity to hear each person's story and walking alongside them with encouragement, no matter what season of life they're in.
🛠️ The Human:
Outside of the office, Stephanie can usually be found working on a home renovation project, getting lost in a good book, or going for walks with friends. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her husband of more than 30 years, John, and planning their next adventure to visit their grown children and grandchildren spread across the country!
