Client owed roughly 11k and that’s including penalty for a CP2000 (under reporting income) that was prepared by outside of our company.

We took initiative to review his return and review all of the possibilities. We were able to amend his return and cleared out his liability for him. He’s now starting a new life and all taxed owed gone.
