We're hiring! We're in need of an Administrative Assistant.
Set your own hours between 8 to 5! This is a part-time, on-site role for a Tax & Accounting Office Administrative Assistant located in Menomonee Falls, WI. Full-time hours are available seasonally from January through mid April, but not required.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing customer support, managing office tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the accounting staff. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing documents and data entry. The role requires coordination and communication with both clients and team members to ensure efficient office operations.
