Experienced Audit Professional – Part-Time (CPA / CPA Candidate)
We are seeking an experienced public accounting audit professional to join our firm in a part-time, in-office role (approximately 20–25 hours per week), with a clear path to full-time employment and long-term advancement into a partner role.
This opportunity is ideal for a former Big 4 or regional firm senior or manager who still enjoys audit work and client relationships—but is seeking better balance, reasonable expectations, and a sustainable career path.
It is also well suited for experienced professionals returning to the workforce or working parents who want flexibility now without sacrificing long-term growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of financial statement audit experience in public accounting
(Big 4 or regional firm experience preferred)
CPA license or CPA candidate (required)
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards
Experience supervising engagements and mentoring staff
High standards for quality, accuracy, and professionalism
Excellent communication skills and strong client presence
Positive attitude and collaborative personality
Willingness to work on-site in our office
