Since the OBBBA passed last July, permanent 100% bonus depreciation is officially here, allowing you to deduct the full cost of qualifying assets in the very first year instead of waiting decades.

By pairing this new law with a cost segregation study, you can front-load your deductions and drastically increase immediate cash flow on new constructions or recent acquisitions.

Don't leave money on the table this year.

Brady Ware's Danielle Russell helps you learn how to maximize your deductions now: https://bradyware.com/permanent-100-bonus-depreciation-guide-real-estate/.

"Working" in some golf ahead of what is usually done over Memorial weekend, the Richmond and Atlanta offices participated in some local scrambles to help support their communities.

Richmond's Cade Brubaker, Ashlynne Osborne, Jennifer North, and Tracy Haines helped support the Boys and Girls Club of Wayne County. (And, congrats to Ashlynne for winning the long drive contest!) Learn more about the Boys and Girls Club here: https://www.bgcrichmond.org/s/.

Atlanta's Thomas Wilson (boardmember), Stephen Driggers, Eric Prall, and Bruce Van Vreede supported the Sushine on a Ranney Day charity which helps change spaces for children with special needs — bedrooms, accessible bathrooms, and therapy rooms — to help foster their independence and overall well-being. The Columbus office recently had "Brunch with a Purpose." This fundraiser combined celebrating the 990 tax deadline as well as to support a mission trip to Honduras.

Brady Ware's Lorani Orobitg is traveling to Honduras in August with a team from her church and Compassion International, an organization that works to alleviate poverty all over the world by supporting children.

The fun morning helped everyone learn more about Lorani's trip and to help support it, raising over $815! To learn more about the trip, check it out here:
