Remember everyone you pay over $600 should get a 1099 unless they are exempt not just the subcontractors that worked at your business this is anyone you paid for rent; services; parts and materials; prizes; awards; or other payments. The only individuals or companies that are expemt are - government agencies, tax-exempt organizations or corporations. So any LLCs - Single Member or Partnership - Sole Proprietors - or Individuals get 1099โ€™d โ€ฆ if youโ€™re not sure on someone message me!
