Since 1989, this organization has been showing up for Milwaukee with the resources, encouragement, and community our families deserve through love in action. This year, that means backpacks, school supplies, food, and the kind of connections that last well beyond the first bell.

The rally is FREE.

Any NEW HOUSING PROGRAM or SUPPORTIVE SERVICES PROGRAM wishing to apply for the Continuum of Care (CoC) funding in the FY2026 HUD CoC competition must complete a specific form and submit it to the CoC by 5:00 PM, July 31, 2026. The total amount of available money is subject to determination once HUD officially releases the amounts available to the Milwaukee Continuum of Care (MCHH).

A question-and-answer session will be held on Monday, July 27 at 10 am. A link to attend the session can be found in the comments section below.

DISCLAIMER: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended for organizations that provide housing and/or supportive services, are seeking Continuum of Care (CoC) funding, and already have plans for a bonus project. It is NOT an application for individuals seeking housing or shelter services.
