This month's Employee Spotlight is Kera LePitre! As our Director of Operations, she keeps things moving behind the scenes around our office. While overseeing day-to-day operations, she also leads our district's philanthropic efforts, and manages our social media content (Hi!).

Finding ways to be a resource to our district and our community is her passion and we're so grateful for everything she brings to the team!

Lauren Sandy, our Chief Recruiting Officer, joined us to touch on the value of being a Financial Advisor as the needs of our community continue to grow. Great food, great conversation, and even better company!

During Annual Meeting, our Managing Director, Taylor Jandik, shared that strong performance is rooted in identity, values, and beliefs. A practice that Taylor embodies, and we are proud to have a leader that builds on this foundation every single day.
