Do You Know Where Your Profit is Going?

Are Payroll Tax Problems Stealing Time From Running Your Business?

If you looked at your financial statements today, would they help you make a better business decision this week?

If the answer is NO, it may be time to review your reporting process.

Your financial reports should show you what's happening while you still have time to make changes. And, although bookkeeping completed months later may help file a tax return, it won't help you run your dispensary today.

Ask yourself:

🟪 Do you review your profit & loss every month?

🟪 Do you know your gross profit?

🟪 Can you spot cash flow problems before they become urgent?

Is Your Inventory Telling You the Truth?

Your inventory isn't just product sitting on a shelf. It's one of your largest investments. If your inventory records aren't accurate, neither are your financial statements.

Ask yourself:

🟪 Does your physical inventory match your records? If it doesn't, why?

🟪 Do you know which products are making you the most money?

🟪 Are inventory shortages investigated?

When inventory is wrong, everything else is wrong. You may think you're making money when you're not. You may re-order products you already have. You may miss theft, shrinkage, or recording errors. But, most importantly, you are making business decisions on inaccurate information.

Accurate inventory isn't just about knowing what you have in stock. It's about understanding your true profitability, making smarter purchasing decisions, and protecting your business from costly mistakes.

If any of these exist in your QuickBooks Online file ... your books need help:

📌 Large negative balances that don't make sense
📌 Reports do not match the tax return
📌 An Opening Balance Equity account that never went away
📌 Anything labeled "Ask My Accountant"
📌 Non-existent bank reconciliation reports
