Please join us in welcoming three new members to the Crow Shields Bailey team! 🎉

Heather Jajeh joins our Tax team in Gulf Shores. A graduate of Auburn University with both a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy, Heather brings a love of accounting, music, and the arts to CSB. Fun fact: Heather grew up on a farm in Oregon surrounded by alpacas, sheep, goats, and chickens...and she has played the violin since she was just 3 years old!

Julie Jajeh also joins our Tax team in Gulf Shores. Julie earned both her B.S. in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Auburn University. We’re especially excited to welcome Julie and Heather together! They’re sisters who graduated from Auburn and started their careers at CSB at the same time. Julie is also an avid musician and poet and has written a poem every day since 2020.

Kylan Reeves joins our Audit team in Fairhope after graduating from the University of South Alabama. Originally from Huntsville, Kylan enjoys antiquing, thrifting, movies, and spending time with her boyfriend and their miniature dachshund, Tommy. Fun fact: Tommy is named after a character from Peaky Blinders!

We’re excited to have Heather, Julie, and Kylan on board and look forward to all they’ll bring to CSB. Welcome to the team! 👏

We’re proud to celebrate Jessica Eddlemon, CPA, who has been selected as one of only 36 professionals nationwide to participate in the AICPA’s 2026 Leadership Academy.

Jessica will join an accomplished group of emerging leaders for the four-day program in December, focused on leadership development, professional growth, and connecting with other talented CPAs from across the profession.

Congratulations, Jessica! We’re excited to see you continue to grow as a leader and represent Crow Shields Bailey in this prestigious program. 👏

Bonanza Day is one of our favorite traditions, and we’re always glad to be part of the fun!

⛳ On the course: Our CSB tent was serving up two of our Bonanza Day traditions: ice-cold Yellow Hammers and Dew Drop hot dogs. We also added a little extra fun with a Turtle Box giveaway for the golfers.

🎣 On the water: Andrew Finnorn represented CSB on the fishing team, with Hunter Harkness and Zach Schneider bringing home 1st and 3rd place in Speckled Trout!

From the fishing tournament to the golf course, we’re proud to be part of a day that brings our community together.

We were honored to attend the Mobile Bay Magazine Inspiration Home Preview Party and celebrate the incredible restoration of the historic Chighizola House. Congratulations to everyone whose vision and craftsmanship brought this beautiful project to life.
