The firm started in 1996 under the title of “Mofrad’s Tax Service” as a part-time concern, providing individual, estate/trust, and corporate tax preparation and filing services. based out of Santa Monica, California. In early 2011, Mofrad Financial Solutions acquired its present title, moved its headquarters to the Korea-town region of Los Angeles, became a full-time concern, and officially added ‘valuation’ to its services. The corporation is a member of National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) organization, and the president is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), in addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
