You can simply drop off your tax information at our office, and we’ll take care of the rest. If we have any questions, we’ll give you a call — and we’ll also call you as soon as your return is complete and ready to go.

1099 forms must be sent out to the recipient and are due to the IRS by January 31st.

If you’d like T & S Tax to prepare and file your 1099s, please have all the required information to us no later than January 28th so we can get everything submitted on time.

What we need from you:
✔ Business name & EIN (or SSN if sole proprietor)
✔ List of each vendor/contractor who requires a 1099
✔ Full legal name / Business name of contractor
✔ Address
✔ SSN or EIN of contractor
✔ Total amount paid to them in 2025
✔ Method of payment (check, ACH, etc.)
