Deanna Lescouflair, a recent graduate of Linden High School, Linden, New Jersey and a distinguished winner of the Donna Castleberry Scholarship Fund marks the reason why we at NettWorth Financial are so proud to serve members of CWA. Among many other accomplishments during her high school career, Deanna authored the New Jersey Sibling Bill of Rights recently signed by Governor Phil Murphy, created the EnlightenMENT Peer2Peer mentoring program aimed at supporting foster care children, and has advocated for siblings in foster care year after year at the local level raising awareness among program decision makers and lawmakers alike. Deanna’s proven thought leadership at such a young age is sure to take her to great heights and has already earned her a path to Washington D.C. where she will advocate at the federal level alongside the National Foster Youth Institute. She will attend Rutgers this fall and plans to pursue an advanced degree in either law or the sciences as she is also driven by advances yet to be made in biotechnology. Congratulations Deanna!
NettWorth’s Harry Beatty, an associate of Shawn Danziger, presented a $1,000 check to Deanna, accompanied by her adoptive parents, Thierry and Barbara Lescouflair at the CWA 1101 Union Hall.
