-OUR STORY:
Over ten years ago we took a leap of faith, or arguably foolishness, to create a modern tax office with a unique goal:

To be the first local tax office with the convenient services offered by large retail tax chains, but with the professional expertise and knowledge of a stereotypical, "boring", accounting firm. We felt we could provide thorough, accurate tax expertise with a personalized, small town, and down to earth environment. That, alongside being approachable and patient tax preparers who enjoy helping others with the stress of taxes was and is the main focus. What began as lunch conversations between close friends, evolved into our idea that a tax office could be convenient yet accurate; professional yet down-to-earth; and never treat our clients as if they're another number by carelessly rushing through their tax return. A short-while later, our talks became ambition, and so, One on 1 Tax was established in early 2014. Our meaningless lunch conversations have continued over the last ten years as we seek new ways to grow our skills, knowledge, and office to the benefit of our clients. After many growing pains, and lessons learned in that 10-year period, we are proud to still be here providing experienced tax services in a unique, caring, and affordable way.
