It was so great to hear from Leadership Development Experts Wes & Cindy Dove, co-founders of Dove Development & Consulting!

The feedback is in. And everyone agrees: the 1930s Old Hollywood murder mystery dinner was one of the most memorable parts of the conference!

From the red carpet cocktail hour (sponsored by Compleat) to the incredible vintage-inspired outfits, it really felt like we stepped back in time. With the competitive case-solving and surprise guest actors from both clients and the JMT team, the energy in the room was unforgettable!

We can't believe we're already on Day 2 of Innovate! Yesterday was filled with laughs, learning, networking, and inspiration.

Before we broke out into smaller sessions, we got to hear from our Keynote Speaker Amberley Snyder, Resilience Speaker Ari Gunzburg, and our own CEO & Founder Jacki Tiso.
