We're growing! Pearson & Virlee is hiring for two roles: Tax Associate and Senior Tax Accountant.

Let's talk about our schedule for a second: from mid-April through November, we move to a 36-hour work week with flexible Fridays - extra time back in your week during our slower season. Pair that with generous PTO, and you have a career that actually respects your time off.

Beyond that, we offer competitive pay, strong benefits, and a genuinely family-oriented culture built around professional growth.

Compensation is based on experience:

1–5 years: $55k–$85k*
5+ years: $85k–$115k*
*Dependent on credentials and specialized skills

We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in accounting who's self-motivated, enjoys variety in their work (tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll, and more), and values building real relationships with clients and coworkers. CPA/EA certification and QuickBooks experience are a plus.

After 6 months, part-time remote or a flex schedule may also be available.
