55 years ago, on October 1, 1971, Terry McMahon took a chance and started what would become McMahon & Associates.
He began on his own in a tiny 8-by-10-foot office in Munster with little more than a desk, an adding machine and people willing to give a young CPA a chance. From those humble beginnings grew a firm that has served generations of families and businesses throughout Northwest Indiana and the Chicago South Suburbs.
Over the past 55 years, Terry has built much more than an accounting firm. He built relationships, mentored generations of professionals and created a legacy centered around helping people and businesses succeed.
Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate Terry and 55 remarkable years of McMahon & Associates.
