⚠️ S-Corporation Tax Deadline Approaching

Reminder for all S-Corporation owners:
Your S-Corp tax return (Form 1120-S) is due March 15th.

If your books or documents are not ready yet, we can file an extension to give you additional time. However, if the return or extension is not filed by March 15th, the IRS can assess substantial penalties per shareholder, per month.

Don’t wait until the last minute.

If you own an S-Corp and haven’t addressed your filing yet, reach out and we’ll make sure you’re covered.
