We are looking for another full-time accountant to join our firm! We have grown exponentially over the last two years and always looking to expand our team.

Must have 2+ years tax experience. CPA or CPA candidate a plus. UltraTax, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office experience also a plus.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

The IRS announced today a delay in the start of the 2014 tax filing season. They do not anticipate accepting any personal returns no earlier than January 28, 2014 or later than February 4, 2014.

For the second year in a row, the start of tax season will be delayed, the Internal Revenue Service announced. Due to the 16-day government shutdown, the IRS says it needs more time to program and test its systems.

Please be advised that the IRS has indicated that they will not begin to process any tax returns until January 30, 2013. Updates to tax forms and computer programs are being completed at this time. This applies to both paper and e-filed returns. Many taxpayers, however, will not be able to file until February or March. This does not mean we want you to delay your normal scheduled appointment times!
Please call our office and schedule your appointment today. We can have your return ready to submit and hold it until we can file.
