This tax season we have found ourselves using the full 1 hour block for our clients. Even my most time-efficient tax professional was using the entire block of time!
This told us that we need to extend our reserved time for our important customers.
Starting today, you get an extra half hour with a tax professional when you come in to see us.
The last thing we want you to feel is rushed out the door.
I have also re-worded appointment bookings so now you see:
"1 year tax prep"
"1 year tax prep with small business"
"Multiple years tax prep"

You now get 1.5 hours, 2 hours, or 2.5 hours with us accordingly!
