📢 Now Hiring: Per Diem Bookkeeping Assistant
📍 Location: S and J Bookkeeping and Payroll Services
🕒 Flexible Hours | As-Needed Basis | Some Remote Work Possible

We’re seeking a reliable Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team on a per diem (as-needed) basis. This flexible role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and looking for occasional work in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with payroll deliveries
Perform data entry for bookkeeping and client records
Provide general administrative support as needed
We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Is dependable, punctual, and maintains confidentiality
Has basic bookkeeping knowledge or is eager to learn
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for payroll deliveries)
Is comfortable with basic office software and computer tasks

✅ Open to responsible high school students with reliable transportation and an interest in business or finance
💻 Some remote work may be available depending on the task
This is a part-time, on-call position with flexible hours and the possibility of recurring work.
