To S-corp or not to S-corp — that is tonight’s question. 🎭
Not “is an LLC good or bad.” Not “should everyone be an S-corp.” Those aren’t even the right questions — and that’s exactly where most entrepreneurs get stuck.
Tonight in Entrepreneurs Business School, we tackle the two decisions hiding inside that one question: what’s your legal structure (LLC, sole prop, corporation), and how are you taxed (Schedule C vs. S-corp election).
