🚨 DID YOU PAY IRS PENALTIES DURING THE PANDEMIC? YOU COULD BE OWED A REFUND! 🚨

A major new court ruling (Kwong v. United States) means many taxpayers are now eligible for refunds on IRS penalties and interest charged between January 20, 2020, and July 10, 2023.

If you paid late-filing or late-payment penalties for the 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022 tax years, the clock is ticking to get your money back! 💸

What you need to know:
✅ New Opportunity: The court found that pandemic disaster relief suspended many deadlines, opening the door for refunds that weren’t available before.
✅ Eligible Penalties: This applies to failure-to-pay and late-filing penalties.
✅ Deadline: Most claims must be filed by July 10, 2026, so don't wait!

Walker’s Tax & Business Services is ready and available to help you navigate these changes, check your transcripts, and file your refund claims.
