Hot topic of the week? Jo Koy and reactions to his Golden Globe Awards hosting gig this weekend. Many have reacted in a negative way.

My daughter, Diana weighed in on this and I, 100% agree with her. Reactions were unfair and unkind. Jo Koy actually did a good job. He just had an audience who knew nothing about him and probably have just seen him for the first time. He was in a tough room, But he persevered and did his hosting duties gallantly till the end.

I AM GOING PUBLIC!!! (not what you think!)

I am an Accountant by profession. My work as an employee or as a self-employed person has always been in relation to bookkeeping, accounting, taxes, and auditing. But I've always been intrigued in having an online store, earning passive income thru affiliate marketing, selling e-books and audiobooks, webinars, etc. This intriguing idea has been with me since 2007 but always set aside and postponed.

BUT NOW I AM READY!!! I think I have the energy and enthusiasm to push with it and GO FOR IT!!!

Recently, I became an Affiliate of Amazon, Inc.. A very good start I might say. Soon. I plan to become an affiliate of other companies and probably have my own website about it. My online store is in the works at this very moment. My e-book is now at the research stage.

If you had a tax due for 2018, maybe its time to submit a new Form W-4 to your employer. To check your proper withholding, go to the IRS website (irs.gov) and use the IRS Withholding Calculator. This will help you determine if you need to submit one.
