Good times, great company and a favorite fall tradition!

Our Monroe Shine family came together for our annual picnic at Huber's Orchard & Winery, enjoying an afternoon of food, fun, family activities and time spent catching up with colleagues, former team members and their families.

It's always special to see so many familiar faces, along with the next generation, come together outside the office. These moments are a great reminder that Monroe Shine is about more than the work we do. It's about the people who make it all possible.

Thanks to everyone who made this year's gathering such a great time!

Monroe Shine Volunteer Day – Brightside

Giving back to the community we call home. 💙

A group of Monroe Shine employees recently spent the morning giving back to our local community during our annual Employee Volunteer Day.

This year, we partnered with Brightside Foundation at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park, spending the day picking up litter and helping to beautify one of our community’s green spaces.

Brightside brings people together through volunteer cleanup efforts, planting and other initiatives designed to create a cleaner, greener and more beautiful Louisville. We were proud to roll up our sleeves and contribute to that mission.

Thank you to everyone from Monroe Shine who participated and to Brightside for all you do to make Louisville a better place.

At Monroe Shine, we believe in investing in the communities where we live, work and serve.

Knowledge for today. Vision for tomorrow. And a commitment to giving back along the way.

Helping students start the school year ready to learn! 🎒✏️

Our Monroe Shine team came together to collect school supplies for students at Parkwood Elementary School in Clarksville, Indiana.

From backpacks and notebooks to pencils, markers, and other classroom essentials, our team was proud to help provide students with some of the supplies they need for a successful school year.

Supporting the communities where we live and work has always been an important part of who we are at Monroe Shine. Thank you to everyone on our team who contributed and helped make this donation possible.

We wish the students, teachers, and staff at Parkwood Elementary a fantastic school year!

After the April 15th deadline, we had the opportunity to celebrate something truly special - the close of another successful tax season and our 101st year serving our clients and community.

Our Monroe Shine team, along with past team members who have helped shape our legacy, gathered at the Kentucky Derby Museum to recognize the hard work, dedication, and commitment that define who we are.

Tax season is no small feat, and it’s the passion and teamwork of our people that make it all possible. We’re incredibly grateful for each member of our Monroe Shine family, past and present, as well as our incredible clients who make it all possible.

Here’s to 100 more seasons and an even brighter future ahead.
