OUR PREFERRED PLANNING SERVICES FAMILY
COVID-19
To our clients, our employees and our greater communities: Your health and safety are our top priorities and the heart of every decision we make. It is our responsibility to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19. We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Governor DeWine’s orders. Here are some of the steps that PPS has taken to protect everyone in this ever changing situation.
 Please wait in your car before your meeting time to ensure social distancing from other clients.
 Our conference rooms are being disinfected before and after each meeting and we ask that you call us when you arrive and we will come out and get you and get you in a meeting room as quickly as possible.
 We will schedule clients in a manner to stagger appointment times to ensure safety and comfort.
 Across all of our locations, we have increased our daily cleaning routines to include more frequent handwashing, use of sanitizer and cleaning of equipment.
 Our team is available to answer any question about your experience, work with you on the best option, and to provide more information on the many precautions we’re taking to protect your health and safety.

We are a small staff and are equally committed to taking care of our employees. We are asking our team members who are not feeling well to stay home and care for themselves.

While the environment around us is uncertain, we are proud of the fact that we have a top notch team and a compassionate and loyal community of clients.

Thank you for being a part of our Preferred Planning Services Family.

Sincerely,
James D. Zifer, Jr., President
