We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Our CEO & Founder has been dedicating time to care for her mother, who experienced severe complications following heart surgery in February. While we remain committed to delivering the exceptional service you know and trust, we are currently experiencing a backlog.

At this time, we are unable to accept brand new tax clients (those we've never filed for before) unless you're willing to file an extension. Filing an extension is not a red flag — as a CPA, our Founder files one every year. It simply allows us the time to ensure every return is prepared thoroughly, accurately, and with the care it deserves.

Our loyal clients and those who have already submitted their documents will always remain our top priority. However if you are new and reaching out to us, we'd love to assist you with extensions or any of our other services, including accounting, business setup, tax resolution, and tax planning.

Attention Kentucky taxpayers!!!!

Important Announcement:
File Your Taxes Early to Avoid a Delay!
The Kentucky Department of Revenue is transitioning to a new integrated tax system and launching a new business tax portal called MyTaxes. The launch of these new systems will indirectly affect individual income tax filers.
The Kentucky Department of Revenue will have a temporary pause in operations during our system transition period beginning February 26, 2025. If you anticipate a refund and would like it promptly, we recommend filing as soon as possible. The temporary operations pause will begin on February 26, 2025 and should last between 2-3 weeks as our teams transition from the old systems to the new ones.
