Two of our team members, Ryan and Lauren, traveled to Fayetteville-Manlius High School for their Annual Benefits Fair. It was a great opportunity to connect with faculty and staff, and especially meaningful to introduce the DBJ team to Ryan's community.

Meet Elisa Gigliotti – Client Services Specialist 🎉✨

We’re excited to highlight Elisa Gigliotti, a longtime and valued member of the DBJ Wealth Management team!

Elisa has been with DBJ since 2008 and is known as our team’s “sunshine girl” for her consistently positive and uplifting attitude. As a Registered Associate Financial Representative, she specializes in annuities, investments, and group insurance, and is always ready to support clients with their questions and financial goals.

A graduate of Ithaca College with a degree in Business Communication, Elisa holds her RICP® designation and is licensed in life, health, and long-term care insurance, along with FINRA Series 6 and 63.

🎉 Elisa’s warm personality, industry knowledge, and commitment to client service make her a trusted and welcoming resource for everyone she works with.

Originally from Saranac Lake, Elisa now lives in West Winfield with her husband Eric, their children Bruce, Hope, and Faith. Outside of work she stays busy with her kids’ activities and also serves on the Mount Markham Central School Board.

Intern Spotlight - Ryan Denton 🎉✨

Ryan Denton is a Financial Planning Intern with DBJ Wealth Management and is entering his senior year at St. Bonaventure University, where he is pursuing a degree in Finance. This marks Ryan's second summer interning with Northwestern Mutual and his first summer with DBJ Wealth Management.

Throughout his internship, Ryan has supported the financial planning team by assisting with research, plan preparation, and client-focused initiatives, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the wealth management profession. His strong analytical skills, eagerness to learn, and professional approach have made him a valuable addition to the team. đź’Ş

Meet Alex Taylor – Financial Advisor 🎉✨

We’re excited to highlight Alex Taylor, a valued member of the DBJ Wealth Management team!
Alex began his financial career as a Northwestern Mutual intern in 2018 and rejoined DBJ in 2024 with a strong focus on client service and financial strategy. He is passionate about developing tax-efficient strategies that help clients retain more of their hard-earned money and turn it into meaningful, long-term financial plans.

🎉 Alex’s early success in the industry included being ranked #2 at Northwestern Mutual’s Winter Camp and earning recognition as the top intern in the country at the firm’s annual meeting.

Born and raised in Rome, NY, Alex enjoys strength training, reading, and watching football and baseball—he’s a diehard Miami Dolphins and Chicago Cubs fan. He’s also active in his church, supporting audio production and worship at Rome Alliance Church, and enjoys fishing at his family’s camp on the St. Lawrence River.
