Golf mascots, Rea edition. 🐻⭐🐅

But behind the laughs was something much bigger. The Rea Foundation Golf Outing brings our team and community together every year to support a cause we believe in deeply: investing in Ohio.

The Rea Foundation is our nonprofit corporation for charitable giving, focused on strengthening the communities we live and work in. In 2025 alone, the Foundation assisted 28 nonprofit organizations, distributed more than $123,000 in financial gifts, and provided more than $40,000 in scholarships.

Service above self has been part of who we are since 1938. Days like this are how we keep that promise.

Career Readiness Day 2026 exceeded every expectation. It was energizing to see the next generation of business professionals walk through our doors, ask thoughtful questions, and leave with a clearer picture of where their careers could take them.

To every student who joined us in Dublin — thank you for showing up with curiosity and enthusiasm. We can't wait to see where your journeys lead.

Our Millersburg and Wooster teams celebrated Administrative Professionals Day the best way possible, a Greenhouse Shop Hop through the countryside filled with fresh air, and good company. Sometimes the best days are the ones spent out of the office and alongside the people who make it all run.

Busy season is finally behind us, and our team wasted no time celebrating last week.

Go-karts, boat rides, bowling, and more. Across our offices, our people got together, let loose, and enjoyed some well-earned time together. Watching this team recharge after everything they give during busy season never gets old.

Dress Like Your Boss Day at Rea did not miss. From Chris Roush and Jo Ann Koontz to Tom Jeffries, Marina Parkin, John Kurtin, and Trista Acker — our teams across the offices showed up and delivered. The resemblance was uncanny. The bosses were great sports. And busy season is a little more fun. 😄
