Last month our People Team took some time to unwind together, with a little stress relief and frozen yogurt to top it off.

Turns out "Should Be Studying" had other plans this week. Wooster staff hit the courts for a pickleball tournament with creative team names and matching outfits all around, and Blake Morrison and Melanie Fair's squad came out on top. Congrats to the champs!

This summer we welcomed Ohio's nonprofit leaders back to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History for our 2026 Not-for-Profit Symposium, Building Stronger Foundations: Navigate Today's Challenges, Shape Tomorrow's Impact.

From practical cybersecurity steps to a candid panel with four NFP executives on what's actually working right now, the morning went well beyond a CPE checkbox. As Adam Schultz, our NFP Industry Leader, put it: "nonprofit leaders are resourceful, mission-driven, and deeply committed to getting it right."

Women from across Rea gathered at our Dublin office for our Women's Summit 2026.

Keynote speaker Jennifer Bullock talked about Owning Your Path, and how resilience isn't something you're born with, it's something you build. Then six of our own Rea women took the stage for Her Story, sharing honest, personal reflections on their careers.

We asked people at this year's Rea Foundation Golf Outing if they would be bringing a colleague next year. The answers said it all.

The Rea Foundation exists to strengthen the Ohio communities we live and work in every day. In 2025, the Foundation assisted 28 nonprofit organizations, distributed more than $123,000 in financial gifts, and provided more than $40,000 in scholarships.

The annual New Philadelphia co****le tournament and cookout is one of our favorite days of the year, and 2026 did not disappoint.
