New filing requirement for almost all LLCs, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations. A report must be filed with FinCen to report all owners of an entity. Penalties are up to $591 per day. Entities formed prior to 2024 have until 12/31/2024 to file. Entities formed in 2024 have 90 days to file. Entities formed in 2025 will have only 30 days to file.
