Who Are We?

Taylor & Company is a full service CPA firm with over 25 years of experience. Our firm specializes in tax and tax planning for individuals and small businesses. Communication and good customer service are the foundation of our success and all client engagements. We strive to be proactive with all clients and anticipate questions and concerns and advise you on issues that have yet to come.

For our small business clients, we of course offer compliance services such as tax filings and are able to assit with bookkeeping services as needed. Additionally however we look to work with our business clients throughout the year. Whether you are just setting out to start your new business, or looking for more out of your current CPA firm we are here to help.

Our individual clients are equally important in our firm. We work with new families buying their first home or having their first child, to recent retirees. Our goal is again to be proactive. As there are changes in a persons life, there are also tax considerations. The birth of a child, the death of a loved one, selling an asset, buying an investment property, contributing to retirement, withdrawing from retirement, getting married or getting divorced. All of these have important affects on a persons tax return.

We strive to take down the walls of billing and time clocks by encouraging our clients to call or email with questions. We don’t the fear of the bill to prevent clients from picking up the phone and asking the question. There’s nothing worse than having to sit with a client at tax time and say “I wished you had called me before you had done this as we could have done this differently and saved money in taxes”.
