Let me speak to the NEW tax professionals for a minute.

If you are new to the tax industry, please understand this:

It takes REAL dedication.

Not half effort.
Not “I’ll figure it out later.”
Not skipping practice.
Not ignoring compliance training.
Real dedication.

This industry is not something you master in one season. You are dealing with federal law. People’s income. Refunds. Audits. Banking relationships. Compliance regulations.

You cannot half-step in this profession.Six figures in this industry are possible. I’ve done it. I teach it. I stand on it.

When you’re new, you’re going to feel overwhelmed. You’re going to second guess yourself. You’re going to have nights where you re-check a return five times.

That’s normal.

But what separates the professionals from the quitters is discipline.

Do you: Practice in the software when no one is watching? Study tax law outside of training calls? Review due diligence rules seriously?Take notes? Go back and fix your mistakes instead of making excuses?

Six or Seven figures in this industry do NOT happen because you signed up.

They happen because you earned the skill.
You earned the confidence. You earned the clientele. You earned the trust.

If you’re new and you’re struggling, don’t quit.
But also don’t half-do it.

Be obsessed with getting it right.
Be obsessed with compliance.
Be obsessed with protecting your name.

You cannot play with people’s money. If you stay consistent, stay teachable, and stay humble, you will grow.
