Most business owners think buyers care most about revenue. They don't. ๐Ÿ‘‡

The truth is a serious buyer is looking at a very specific set of things before they ever make an offer. And if you can't check these boxes, it either kills the deal or kills the price.

The good news? Every single one of these is something you can work on before you're ever ready to sell.

July isn't just a great month for fireworks ๐ŸŽ†

Since 1950 it's averaged 1.3% returns. Since the end of the financial crisis in 2009 it's been up 11 years in a row with an average return of over 3%.

The data doesn't lie. July quietly delivers every year.

June covered a lot of ground.

Our team put out 3 reads this month on the things we're actually getting questions about right now, and we wanted to make sure you didn't miss them before July hits.

Scared of oil prices? That might be the point. ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ

Fear moves markets. Data should move portfolios.

Every good lifeguard knows when to blow the whistle, and when to let people swim ๐Ÿ›Ÿ

Brad called "don't sell in May" last month. The S&P finished up 5%. Nasdaq even stronger.

The best investors aren't the ones who react fastest. They're the ones who can tell the difference between a wave and a wipeout. ๐ŸŒŠ

The FIRE movement is real, and young people are going all in. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

We're talking saving 75% of their income. Whatever it takes.

The question isn't whether it's possible. The question is: How long do YOU want to work?

Quick math that most people never do:

If you took your car payment and put it toward retirement instead โ€” even for 10 years โ€” the compound growth would likely dwarf what that car was ever worth.

We're not saying don't buy a car. We're saying know the tradeoff.

High earners fall into this trap more than anyone.

More income = better car, bigger house, upgraded everything.

The lifestyle expands to match the paycheck, and somehow there's still nothing left to invest.

This is called being rich, but not wealthy.

The difference is whether your money is building something or just funding appearances.

๐Ÿ’ก What's one spending category you could redirect toward wealth building this year?

06/10/2026

"Your retirement account is sitting in your driveway." ๐Ÿš—

High earners fall into this trap all the time. More income, better car, bigger house. Rich on the outside, not building wealth on the inside.

The goal isn't to look wealthy. It's to BE wealthy.

Dividend investing and rental properties are two of the most common strategies for generating retirement income, but they offer very different advantages.

One provides liquidity and a more hands-off approach. The other can deliver stronger immediate cash flow, but with greater management demands.

The right strategy often comes down to more than returns alone. It comes down to lifestyle, flexibility, and long-term goals.

Creating a reliable income stream for retirement is a top priority for many families. Two popular paths to achieve this goal include dividend investing and owning rental properties. Both offer the potential for steady cash flow, but they come with different risks, management demands, and financial p...

Every now and then, the market follows a pattern that feels familiar. ๐Ÿง

A weaker start, followed by a shift in momentum.

We may be seeing that play out again.
