It’s hard to believe this was my second year attending Gala.
I feel grateful for the people, the conversation, and the journey in between.
I want to take the moment to say thank you to , and Megan. Meeting you has been one of the unexpected gifts that reminds me how much the right people can impact both your life and your business.
There is something powerful about being surrounded by individuals who show up with authenticity, generosity, and vision. It makes you reflect, grow, and push forward with more intention.

When you’re starting a business, excitement can easily take over.
Many business owners are eager to launch without truly looking at the numbers, asking:
💡 Is this realistic? Can I sustain this long-term?

I’m not different.
When I started, I had no plan.
It wasn’t strategy at first — it was survival.
I got up every morning because I had to… and I didn’t hold back from asking for help along the way.

And here’s what I learned: We are not meant to do this alone.
The earlier you set the right foundation — understanding your finances, building support, asking questions — the smoother the road ahead will be.

Be Kind!

In life and business, there are so many less glamorous moments we don’t show.

Behind the polished posts are real battles - stress, exhaustion, late nights, rejection, and trying to hold it all together with a smile.

Yesterday, I witnessed a woman on a call break down in tears. She was overworked, not sleeping, disconnected from her family and no longer enjoying the life she’s working so hard to build.

It struck me, because I’ve been there too.

Pushing through, not even realizing I’m in survival mode until my body forces me to stop.

We don’t always see ourselves clearly in those moments. And we rarely share that truth with others, especially strangers.

So here’s a gentle reminder: Be kind.

You never know what someone is carrying.

Most of us are doing our best, just trying to feel safe again.

Today it’s something personal!
As an immigrant, one of the hardest things is not being able to gather with your whole family often. Life takes us in different directions, across oceans and time zones. But this year is different—it's my mom’s 70th birthday, and we’re all together for a short, precious time.
There’s something beautiful about sitting around the table, laughing over old stories, remembering how we took care of each other when we had nothing—and realizing we still would give our lives for each other today.
It’s not always perfect, but the love runs deep. These are the moments that matter.
If you’re lucky enough to spend time with your loved ones—really be with them. Hug them a little tighter. Listen a little longer. We never know how much time we have left together. 💛

Let’s be honest: Most business owners didn’t start their business because they love spreadsheets, legal documents, or tax codes.
You started with a skill, a passion, a vision.
But here’s the truth no one talks about enough:
👉 Most business owners don’t have the time, education, or background to manage the financial and legal side of business properly.
And trying to “figure it out later” often leads to costly mistakes, burnout, and missed opportunities.
💡 My best advice?
