As we approach Thanksgiving, our team has been reflecting on how much we have to be thankful for, and how important it is to share that gratitude in a meaningful way. Yesterday, our staff came together to prepare bagged lunches that were donated to Father Bill’s & MainSpring, an organization doing incredible work to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

We’re proud to contribute to their mission and grateful for the opportunity to give back, and even more grateful for a community that inspires kindness and compassion every day.

We’re proud to spotlight Kevin Perperian, a Staff Accountant whose compassion and commitment extend far beyond the numbers.

While he’s not crunching numbers or tackling tax work, Kevin is giving back in a truly meaningful way. His story begins at just four months old, when he underwent open-heart surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital. Since 1998, his family has honored that life-changing experience through an annual toy drive, donating toys to the hospital to bring comfort and smiles to children facing hospitalization.

Each year around Halloween, which marks the anniversary of his surgery, Kevin personally delivers the donations, continuing a tradition that has touched countless lives. After Kevin encouraged his colleagues to get involved, our team answered the call, donating four full bags of toys.

Kevin shares: “I can happily say that it is one of my favorite days of the year and am beyond grateful to work for such a generous firm and a very giving group of people.”

Kevin, thank you for inspiring us all through your compassion, dedication, and generosity. 💙

Our team had a blast carving pumpkins for the New England Wildlife Center’s annual fundraiser, Night of 1000 Faces! We’re proud to support this spooktacular event that lights up the nature trail with over 1,500 glowing jack-o’-lanterns with each unique masterpiece carved by volunteers!

Last night, we celebrated the retirement of our office manager, Karen, who has been the heart and soul of our office since 2017. Her retirement dinner was filled with laughter, stories, and heartfelt gratitude, a true reflection of the legacy she leaves behind. Karen, thank you for everything. You will always be part of our family, and we wish you all the joy and relaxation you deserve in this next chapter!

We were proud to participate in last week's golf tournament supporting South Shore Support Services, an incredible organization that provides essential services to over 900 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the South Shore of Greater Boston.

We proudly stand by their mission to break down barriers and create opportunities for individuals to live lives filled with purpose, joy, and the chance to reach their full potential.

Huge thanks to South Shore Support Services for the impactful work they do every day and for bringing us all together on the green for such a meaningful cause.

We were proud to support the annual New England Village Family Association Golf Tournament this week, an event that brings our community together in support of New England Village - a truly remarkable organization empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their potential and pursue their dreams.

This cause is especially meaningful to one of our own, Gary Scott, whose family has been deeply connected to New England Village for over 20 years. Their continued support reflects the life-changing role New England Village has played for their loved one and countless others.

We’re honored to stand alongside Gary, his family and the New England Village community in celebrating inclusion, opportunity, and the power of coming together for good.

Here's to many more years of driving change both on and off the course!
