Good Education, Good Eats, and Good Company.

What a great week in Denver we had! A little work, some time by the pool, and a whole lot of socializing with talented advisers at this year's council. We also enjoyed getting to see Peterson Financial's very own AnnaMarie Donnadio who met us there from Dallas.

Can't wait to see what this year has in store!

Receiving money from a loved one that's passed is such a gift...paying unexpected taxes on it, is not. Always helpful to know how to avoid the unexpected.

When inheriting an annuity, a beneficiary who isn't a spouse can face a big tax bill. Choosing annuitization or the "stretch" option lets you soften the blow.
