I was born in 1984 and grew up in Miamisburg, Ohio with my parents Bob and Jayne
Fahncke, along with my older brother Ryan, and younger sister Brittany. My parents were fantastic and
allowed us to participate in all sorts of activities and I took quickly to Basketball, Wrestling,
and Football. In our spare time between practices and games, we would vacation down to
Lake Cumberland (KY), and then e
ventually move on to Norris Lake in Tennessee. It was
on those lakes where we developed our love for all "sports" on the water! Our parents,
along with our aunt and uncle, taught us how to tube, ski, wakeboard, and drive the boats
responsibly. I later transitioned the majority of my athletic interest towards basketball, and quickly found
how much I enjoyed the game. I played 3 full years of varsity basketball for Miamisburg
before a short college career at a JUCO school up north, and Wright State University. I have always loved working with my hands and helping other so with that, at 23 years old I
took out a small business loan right after college, started my own business and never
looked back. I grew my initial business from the ground up and eventually started two other
companies that I still own today with my wife Rachael. All three have grown over the past
15 years due to fantastic people that have worked alongside us and become family, as well
as our clients that trusted us with their projects! We could not have been and continue to be
this successful if it wasn't for these fantastic clients, and unbelievable employees. In our spare time Rachael, myself, and our two boys Kaler (10) and Knox (8) have carried
on our love for the lake. We often in the spring, summer, and fall head down to our family
property at Norris Lake TN. We love spending time with our family and friends, and sharing
the memories of a first-time surf, or even an evening cruise sunset cruise to some classic
rock or country music with a nice glass of wine, or a cold beverage. Along my journey of business ownership and raising a family, I discovered my true calling
is. serving others and wanting to help them achieve their goals. I started coaching High
School basketball with one of my HS coaches, and we quickly became great friends. I was
the varsity assistant for Franklin HS for eight years, and now the Varsity assistant at
Springboro HS after my friend took over the position at the new school. Through coaching
and Business I learned how passionate I was about forming friendships, learning about
people, and ways to help serve them in the present and future. That is what has ultimately
has lead me to Edward Jones! I am excited, and blessed that they have given me the
opportunity to do just that!
