TAX NOTICE UPDATE: Did you pay your IRS tax before April 15th and receive a notice stating that your balance wasn’t paid and that you’ve accrued penalties & interest? Well, you’re not alone. The IRS has admitted to payment systems delays which have resulted in erroneous tax notices. They hope to have their system rectified by June 29th.

NJ SENIOR RESIDENTS: Have you been waiting for your blue booklet in the mail? NJ has announced that they will be coming three property tax relief programs for homeowners and renters, aged 65, or older. The deadline to file is October 31, 2025. Applicants can file online or using the blue booklet.
