For those who owe taxes, the last day to timely file your return or an extension this year is Monday May 17th. We will be available on Monday from 12-7pm to help you file your extension, whether you believe you need one or not. If you expect to receive a refund, we can file your taxes any time before October 2021.

After a longer than usual season, I will be taking the remainder of next week off for some much needed R&R.

Para las personas que deben impuestos, el último día para presentar su declaración o una extensión es el 17 de mayo. Estaremos disponibles el lunes de 12pm a 7pm para asistir en enviar la extensión, aún si no esta seguro si se ocupa. Para los que esperan recibir reembolso, podemos presentar su declaración de impuestos en cualquier tiempo antes de octubre del 2021.

Después de una temporada alargada, estará cerrada la oficina el resto de la semana para recuperar y descansar.

As you may have heard, the IRS has extended both the income tax payment and filing date to July 15, 2020. With this announcement, and in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and the Governor's stay home order, I contacted the county authorities and asked whether my business would fall under one of the critical infrastructure sectors that could remain open. I know that many of my clients have not yet filed their taxes and may be waiting on their refund to get them through this difficult and uncertain time, so I advocated to keep my doors open. For the time being, my office will remain open; however, I will adjust my office hours (see below). Should I be forced to close my doors, I will be available via phone (760-966-1099) and email ([email protected]) throughout this ordeal. I will continue to work from home to meet your tax and immigration needs. Continue to check this page for updates. Thank you and stay safe.

Como quizá habrán escuchado, el IRS ha extendido tanto la fecha para pagar como la fecha de presentación de impuestos hasta el 15 de julio, 2020. Con este anuncio, y en reacción a la pandemia de COVID-19 y la Orden Ejecutiva de quedarse en casa departe del Gobernador del Estado de California, contacté a las autoridades del condado de San Diego para informarme si mi negocio caería dentro de uno de los sectores críticos de infraestructura que se les permitirá permanecer abiertos.
