Deadline extended to May 11! If you are interested in this program, I am happy to help!

In response to the wildfires across Georgia, I am extending the application deadline for Hurricane Helene Block Grant Program to May 11, 2026.

We would never put Georgia farmers in a situation where they would be forced to choose between responding to this current natural disaster or submitting their application for relief from last.

Missed the tax deadline on April 15? Don’t let it turn into a bigger problem.

Filing an extension gives you an extension of time to file the information, but it unfortunately DOES NOT extend the amount of time to pay!

Even though April 15 has passed, it is still extremely important to go ahead and get your tax documents together and sent in.

Penalties and interest don’t stop — they continue to accrue until the return is filed and any balance is addressed.

The good news is: the sooner you act, the more you can limit the damage.

We’re still actively filing returns and helping clients:
- Get caught up quickly
- Minimize penalties and interest where possible
- Put a plan in place if taxes are owed

Waiting only makes it more expensive. Getting it done now puts you back in control.

Myth: Employees who can still be claimed as dependents do not have to be issued a W2 for their part time job after school.

Fact: Any employer that has compensated an employee and withheld social security tax, medicare tax, or income tax is required by law to furnish the employee with a W2 by 01/31 each year for the prior tax year. There are very limited exceptions to this rule like paying the employee less than $600 over the course of a year, certain election workers, and certain foreign agriculture workers.
