I have decided after 45 years of doing this business, I'm gonna have to slow down, not retire. I thought this way (facebook) would start the word moving.
I will not be e-filing income tax returns this year. I'm not preparing all the fast refund returns either. If you are a current client and are not stuck on e-filing, I will still most likely help you. This will lighten my work load quite a bit.
I apologize if this inconveniences any of my clients. I appreciate all my clients/friends/family for being my clients all these years! I know you have a choice where you go.
I have many out of town clients who send their info in, so want to give them a heads up as soon as possible, so they have options.
With that being said, 3 of my girls who have worked for me for many years are taking on a new venture to open their own tax service and will be e-filing tax returns. So you do have options. They will be renting space in my building and starting their own tax service. Valor Tax Services. They will use the south front door of my building and I will use the usual north front door.
