The second quarter of 2026 was one of continued momentum at Martindale Consultants!

From welcoming new team members and opening our Dallas-Fort Worth office to sharing expertise at industry conferences across the country, Q2 reflected our continued investment in serving clients and supporting the oil and gas industry.

Along the way, we published new technical insights, celebrated company traditions like Family Field Day, recognized industry achievements, and strengthened relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners through events nationwide.

Employee Spotlight: Carson Bradshaw, Accounting Supervisor

At Martindale Consultants, we’re proud to highlight team members who bring both technical expertise and strong client relationships to the work they do every day, and Carson Bradshaw is a great example of that balance.

Carson primarily oversees clients operating oil and gas leases with non-operated assets serving as secondary revenue sources, helping manage complex accounting needs with accuracy and consistency. He prepares GAAP-basis financial statements for high-capital clients while also supporting tax, cash, and modified-accrual basis reporting across a variety of operations.

He also brings extensive experience in accounting for multi-million-dollar joint venture drilling programs and plays an important role in supervising payroll processing and reporting.

Beyond his technical knowledge, Carson stands out for his ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver dependable support that clients can count on. We’re fortunate to have his expertise, professionalism, and leadership on our team.
