First thing first, I wish I was as cool as Harlan

He walked in and said ‘I want to take pictures with my sunglasses & a toothpick…and I brought my skeleton’

The vision was 100000% there

This shoot brought to life an idea I’ve been kicking around for a while…
What if we let the kid be the creative director?

They pick their favorite outfit, bring a few items they’re obsessed with right now and decide the poses & vibe

And I help them bring the vision to life

These little snapshots of who they are
Their imagination
Confidence
Playfulness
Kindness
& the things they think are the coooooolest things in the world…it all changes so quickly

It’s like trying to catch lightening in a bottle

Orrrrr maybe an 8x10 (sorry, I had to make the dad joke)

I had an absolute blast bringing Harlan’s vision to life and now I want to do a million more photoshoots like this

I love being out & about in client meetings & photoshoots, but behind the keyboard is where all the magic really happens

Coding transactions, generating financial statements & distilling alllll that beautiful bookkeeping data into a customized insights report…all of which magically appear in my clients’ inbox every month

Then there’s photo editing magic to make sure every image is *perfect* and my client’s gallery feels cohesive so they can show up online with confidence

So shout out to all my fellow 🦐 out there! Makin magic happen and hoooooopefully working on our posture

Because nothing says photography like ‘MH Financial’ 💁🏻‍♀️😆

Every time I pick up my camera, I have to pinch myself to make sure this is real life!

What a dream to collaborate with so many aaaaamazing people and to be trusted with their brand’s visual identity

And to all my fellow photogs out there…I see you lugging all the gear and spending hours late at night making sure every picture is *perfection*

I have so many images from recent shoots I can’t wait to share…so I better get back to editing 😂

What if you had someone take the day to day bookkeeping tasks off your plate so you had more time to:

•focus on your clients
•grow your business
•dream about your future
•doing literally anything else

And that someone alllllso gave you monthly customized insights report with financial statements that were informative AF?

I bet it’d feel pretty easy breezy

I just happen to know a gal who can make all that happen 😌
