Year-end planning may still feel a ways off, but getting your financials organized now can make planning for 2027 much easier when the time comes.

Before Q4 begins, it’s a good time to clean up any loose ends and make sure you understand what your numbers are telling you!

The goal isn’t just to have clean books. It’s to have financial information you can actually use as you begin budgeting, planning, and setting goals for next year.

Kelli has been promoted from Director of Client Services to Vice President of Client Services!

Kelli has been a part of Franchise Resource for nearly 3 years and has been such a great addition to our team! She is the true definition of our Core Values, and as we are growing, it just made sense to create a position that oversees our entire Client Services area.

We’re looking for a Director of Client Services to join our team!

The Director of Client Services will lead the Client Services team and oversee the client experience for the franchise owners we serve.

This person will mentor team members, manage priorities and workloads, provide guidance on more complex client needs, and identify ways to strengthen processes and improve the client experience. The Director of Client Services will also work closely with leadership to enhance operations and support the continued growth of the company.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, support, and develop a team

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership

- Strong client relationship and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines

- Comfortable reviewing financial statements and explaining financial information to clients

- Experience with QuickBooks Online, bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services

- Experience in a client-facing leadership or management role is strongly preferred

- Experience working with small businesses or franchise owners is a plus

Candidates must live within 1–2 hours of Omaha, NE.

🏡 I am from the small town of Albion, Nebraska which is where I grew up and I live in Columbus, Nebraska now.

✈️ Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my 3 girls and my boyfriend. We love the outdoors and traveling.

♥️ Interesting fact about me - my 2 older girls I adopted through foster care and my youngest was a miracle baby!

𝗔 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿:

“I'm originally from Atkinson, Nebraska, and now live in Creighton, Nebraska, with my husband and our two boys. I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and staying active by working out.

In the fall, I coach the Diamond X travel softball team, an organization I founded to give young athletes the opportunity to grow both on and off the field. One thing that's especially important to me is teaching the girls the value of giving back. Each season, our team participates in community service projects to help them learn leadership, teamwork, and the importance of making a positive impact in our community.

When I'm not coaching, we're in the middle of a long-term remodel of my hair salon.

A fun fact about me is that I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I manage three different businesses. I own and operate my salon and online store, help manage my husband's rental equipment business, and founded and run the Diamond X Softball organization.”
